32-year-old daughter from Arizona walks away with a piece of Biggest Loser history.

We know winner Ali Vincent as 1/2 of the Mom/daughter team--we just love Mom Bette Sue. Ali started the show at 234 pounds and ended it weighing 122 pounds. By shedding 47.86 % of her weight, Ali became the first female winner ever of The Biggest Loser. Mom Bette Sue lost 75 pounds and couldn't have been more proud of her daughter's victory.

We admit it, we sobbed. She said of her hairdresser daughter, "Ali will always be about making people feel more beautiful. So one way or the other, she'll do hair or inspire people because of this weight loss." To see the incredible transformations, click the gallery below.
