Christina Aguilera is on the cover of Friday's Us Weekly. She reveals her past pregnancy cravings and how she lost 40 pounds in 4 months!
The sultry songstress says she loved Starburst and Skittles during her pregnancy. How did she lose the weight? She had 90-minute workouts with her trainer and cut out white bread. That sounds like a whole lot of work.

Good for her for being that disciplined. I think pregnancy weight drops differently though. I remember dropping a lot of weight in the months immediately after having my son and I was only exercising 30 mins a few days a week if at all.

It’s easy when you’re rich and can hire a personal trainer to help you. What about everyday people who can’t afford it?

I think it’s great she was able to get back in fighting shape. Every mom owes it to herself to take care of herself for her and at her own pace naturally. One important factor in all this, in addition to resources, is the fact that she breastfed. Breastfeeding is a huge support of nourishment for your child as well as for your own personal health. It has been proven to aid in weight loss and is also a healthy manager of that. Lest we not forget, that these women of Hollywood are bound by contract to get back to their pre-pregnancy bodies and of course, have the money and time. Seeing women like this bounce back so quickly should not discourage us normal life women. It just means that we have to observe and utilize our resources and then we can have our bodies back.
