A mom in the throes of the housing crisis and a dating drought takes out an ad on craigslist. Is the idea savvy or stupid?

What's a mom to do when she has a house to sell in one of the hardest hit housing markets of south Florida and she's also trying to hook up with Prince Charming? The enterprising Deven Trabosh put up a dual ad on craigslist.org, selling her house and her hand in marriage. Her 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath house sounds good, and so does she, listing herself as a tall blonde licensed real estate agent who loves to travel.
It all seems like it could be a "happily ever after" for some nice guy looking for a house and wife all in one shot. But there's a catch. A glaring omission from her ad is that Trabosh is mom of a 14-year-old daughter still living at home--and as we all know a teenage daughter in your house is anything but a fairytale.
The daughter, keeping with disgruntled teen traditions, is, of course, embarrassed by her mom's ad. But would she be even more embarrassed if her mom told the truth about her existence? The ad could read: "House and wife also include one hormonally imbalanced teen and huge monthly text messaging bills."
Is the idea of an ad that combines selling a house and searching for love stupid or savvy?
